The forest. As much as Lillie hated getting dirty, she loved the serenity of the forest. The way the sunlight seeped through the trees, creating a massive shadow for her to walk in. She loved the cool air that came with the shadow. Charm loved it as well. She and Permafrost, who Lillie has taken to calling Frosty, walked alongside their trainer. "Swi! Swinub!" The little pokemon happily squealed. He seemed to be getting along with her team well, and though they had only met, saving Lillie's life had brought them closer.
Speaking of saving her life, Lillie had been thankful that the wound didn't leave a scar. She didn't know what she'd do if it had. Well, actually she could just get her dad to pay some doctor to fix it. So, it wasn't really an issue, but her father would probably be annoyed having to spend more money on her. That's why she got cut off. She spent too much money. That's why she wanted to beat the League. She wouldn't need her father's money, she would probably make a ton of money doing that. Or, she could just seduce men and get them to buy her stuff. That took less work, but she also needed to prove to herself she was strong.
"Sorry," Charm looked up at Lillie, the two were having a difficult time getting along since the mountains, "For being a bad trainer. I know its hard to blindly follow someone's orders when they aren't doing something as strenuous. I'm sorry I keep letting you get hurt over and over, I should be a better trainer." Charm laid a soft paw on her trainer. She smiled at Lillie. It wasn't all better, but it was healing.
