Born into a wealthy family, Sagitta always got all the best things in life. A private school student she excels both academically and artistically; more out of convenience than aptitude she trains archery and fencing. Training pokemon is just a fun side activity to her, she mostly treats them like pets.

Fennekin was given to her for her twelfth birthday, while Zorua came along fairy recently, having fallen in love with the fiery fox. Sagitta readily accepted him for Fiamma's sake, though she wasn't interested in catching any other pokemon.

Despite the pokemons' example, Saga is disillusioned about love. Her father's affair followed by the tremulous break up of her parents marriage had a very negative effect on her. She grew distrustful towards adults and very depressed, often not leaving her room for days.

She's curious about poor people and eager to participate in their daily activities no matter how mundane, though she could never abandon the comfort of her privileged, sheltered life. Though she wishes she could escape sometimes, even just to spite her father.
